This morning :]

This morning in Hardware systems Nelson said that we are going to look inside computers
so we had to dismantle it as he said that we needed to know how to do it for the exam.
So we all got put into groups of 3/4 people and got these anti-static bands and anti-static mats
to pervent us from getting bad electric shocks. Once you are wearing the band you have to take out the CD rom drive, HardDrive and Ram chips and see if you can put it back in and if the computer works. After that you have to write up a log sheet on how you did it and if there were any faults while doing it.

Death of a Famous Person

For this report I had to choose to write about a famous person that died before August 17 1977.




So I decided to pick Walt Disney who was the creator of Mickey Mouse and other disney characters and co-founder of The Walt Disney Company.



The first Mickey Mouse was created in November 18th, 1928


And he won 22 Oscars, Another 37 wins & 41 nominations.

Walt Disney was Born 5 December 1901, Chicago, Illinois, USA
He died 15 December 1966 St. Josephs Hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest, caused by lung cancer.



For the person you chose you had to think of a selection of questions that you would like to ask them if they were still alive.



1. What made you name Disney land “Disney land”?



I thought that my work, and company, had an image of real family. Stuff that all ages could enjoy.
If we called it "wonderland," or "fantasy world," who would know that WE made it.
Also, it's a nice way to not only sell the park, but also our movies and films.

2. What made you want to Create Cartoons?

When I was a child I always had the love of drawing and creating my own cartoons and there own life’s it wasn’t until I was older that I wanted to get my cartoons published.

3. When you where younger did you always want to create cartoons or have another ambition in mind?

I had always loved to draw and make cartoons but it wasn’t my first options I wanted to be in the army, which I was in until I was thrown out for being too young.

4. Did you ever think you would still be really famous to this day after your death?

No, I was surprised that children all over the world still favourite my cartoons after all these years and I hope it continues for many years to come!

5. Where you always going to call Mickey mouse “Mickey Mouse”?




No, I was thinking of "Mortimer Mouse." But Lilly, my wife, didn't like it. She said, "Why don't you name him Mickey".

The Inchanted Forest Part 7

As the beast thing jumps out the window of the house after you see a weapon lying on the ground you pick it up.

You try and hurt the beast by chucking the weapon off it. All you hear is a massive screach and the ground starts to vibrate. You start to run for your life.

You come to two openings.

Which one do you pick ?

The one that has smoke coming from a chimney far away.?

Or

The one that is in a dingey part of the forest... maybe good for hiding?

Something that interested me

Last Night I was watching the news while having my tea with my family.
They spoke about something that interested me.
They said that if you eat a large amount of Bacon you are in more chances of developing Cancer
It shocked me as I was like what?!? something else is capible of this horrible disease :(
So they where saying the best thing to do is to not eat it.
Which is gutting as i like bacon =O

At college
I have a weekend job >_<
I chose to do NC Digital Media Computing as I'm really interested in computing
and also because I think im pretty good at it. As basically all I took at school before I left was computer based subjects. So thought I'd leave and concentrate on something I could do instead of wasting my time on things I couldnt.
What I hope to do in the future is to continue with computing at the next levels and hopefully to get a good job in an oil company or something just like my dad :)
Hmm...fears on the course and the coming year is the work and if I pass my exams
I dont really have any goals. Just that I want to get into the next class after doing this one.
I dont really have hobbies
But my interests are Music...shopping...Gigs..Out with mates..Parties..Movies..etc :)

Myspace Game

This is what happened then a guy got really angry at a game he was playing on myspace .
He end up screaming like a little girl :p
I thought it was funny

Paramore

There new album Riot! is brilliant and the main singer Hayley Williams has a really good unique voice...which you dont hear often as most singers/bands cant sing live only on there music videos as they have there voices changed to make them sound good. I couldnt say that it was my favourite band as I have lots of bands that i like.
there basically the same sort of stuff tho.
My favourite songs from the band Paramore has to be Misery Business and Hallelujiah as the songs were basically about whats happend in her life.. so we know that celebs also have lifes outside the spotlight.

Reggae

Just watched a video of Bob Marley. He's a reggae singer, probably a lot of people like him to chill out and that I would say his music is okay. I wouldn't listen to it if I had the choice though, as it aint really my taste of music. I personally prefer lots of other different music like Madina Lake, Metro Station, and Paramore because i like the bands and theirs songs :)
